Tyler is the second largest city in East Texas. The retail center, which covers 8,089 square feet and sits on a 1.75-acre parcel was built in 2008. Bank of New Hampshire provided the acquisition financing.
This property features two anchor tenants: Whataburger, occupying 50% of the space, offers a popular dining option, and serves as a gathering place for the community. JD Food Mart, with 35% share, provides convenient services and amenities that cater to the diverse needs of the surrounding population.

Reality & Pillars completed the acquisition of Children’s Lighthouse in June 2021 for $4.4 million. This property, constructed in 2014, features 10,765 square feet of building space situated on 1.05 acres of land. The property is in a rapidly growing suburb of Houston, TX. Children’s Lighthouse stands to benefit from the planned construction of over 8,000 homes in the immediate vicinity over the next five years. The property was acquired with an acquisition loan financed by Bank of New Hampshire.
All Children’s Lighthouse schools operate under the Children’s Lighthouse Franchise Company, which has 50 locations spread across eight states. The company’s headquarters is in Fort Worth, Texas, and it has achieved recognition as a “Best Place to Work” by both the Dallas and San Antonio Business Journals.
